Rajiv and Karthiyayini Wedding

Last Saturday I went to dinner at Bangunan Peladang near old Klang
Road. The hall is very classic design which look like a 60's cinema
(It might be). I was surprised to be the first arrival athough it
already passed the start time. The food by Little Caterer is very
delicious and hot. While dinner is served there is performance going
on stage. The classical and modern dance won applause from all. But
the prime time was taken by the magician who caught everyone attention
with tricks. Of couse many photo taking opportunities is going on
whole night. I wish them ever lasting happiness.

Indulge in film photography

Once I opened the CD contain all digital scan pictures, I was stunned! Not because it was shot from a 35mm camera, but amaze by its colour and picture quality. I wouldn't say it is very sharp as our digital photo but good in detail and smooth to look at. The picture can be enlarge to poster size without problem. Those grainy film effects make it more artsy. At this moment the cheapest full frame DSLR is Sony A900 which price at RM9,000. It is still far to reach by me. Using film SLR will be the alternative option which offers similar photography opportunity. After all, film picture is better to look at too!

Following photos are shot from Minolta Maxxum 7000 (wow! 20 years old slr!) and Kodak ISO400 colour film roll.
